Masa Yamaguchi  |  CPA, Manager

Masa is a manager in W.L.Dueck & Co. LLP's practice focusing on US international tax matters for businesses and individuals.

Masa's business clients are active in natural resources, real estate, construction and retail and service businesses. His individual clients include Canadians investing in the US and US citizens resident in Canada. Servicing these clients he has developed expertise in US international taxation of non-US entities, foreign tax credit and international estate planning. He also frequently works with tax matters under US tax treaties and US reporting requirements for US citizens resident in Canada.

Masa's professional experience includes ten years of practice in public accounting in BC and California where he became a CPA. Prior to becoming a CPA, he worked with ABN Amro Bank and Credit Lyonnais in Tokyo in fixed income investments. Masa is fluent in Japanese.
Masa lives in Richmond with his wife and their child. He enjoys basketball, college sports and playing and listening to music.
